As an IT Security Manager (m/f/d) you will be supporting the ISO of SCAYLE Payments GmbH. You will also be building a collaboration and communication bridge between SCAYLE Payments ISMS and the AboutYou Group ISMS while leaving your own footprint in a FinTech entity. This includes but it does not limit to Security Assessments, Training & Awareness, Risk Assessments and Continuous Improvements.
Responsibilities
You will create and maintain information security guidelines and other ISMS relevant regulations
- You are controlling and coordinating the information security process, monitoring it, as well as to monitor it towards SCAYLE Payments’ IT service providers and participating in all related tasks
- You are participating in the creation and updating of the emergency concept with regard to information security issues
- You are initiating and monitoring the implementation of information security measures
- You are monitoring and influencing compliance with information security in projects and procurements
- You are the contact person for information security issues, also for third parties
- You are investigating information security incidents and reporting them to management
- You are initiating and coordinating awareness-raising and training measures on information security
- You will initiate and participate in IT risk assessments and management
Requirements
You have a degree in Information Security, Computer Science or Economics or a comparable course of study
- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an IT consulting company, a FinTech or Financial Institution company or a corresponding in-house function at other companies
- You are certified in at least one of the following: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM); Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or comparable
- You have a profound knowledge of German IT Regulation (ZAIT, BSI)
- You are a self-driven individual, business fluent in written and spoken English, coupled with strong communication skills (German is a plus)
