We are the Key Account Management Team and therefore responsible for the existing partner business of the fashion platform ABOUT YOU. This includes developing and building extraordinary relations with top fashion brands and retailers across Europe whose collections and ranges are sold in our international online shops. Our team provides key growth levers to enable partners to enhance their product assortments, whilst supporting with reporting, analyses, and forecasts. We manage the end-to-end partnership, ranging from strategic development, operational processes, negotiations of terms and conditions, driving revenue and marketing campaigns. We work closely with several internal teams to ensure smooth partner relations and processes.

As a (Junior) Account Manager (m/f/d), you will play a central role in planning and implementing complex projects to develop our Partner Business. Not only will you establish new relationships and support market-leading retailers and brands in their growth, but you will also work intensively on optimizing and introducing new processes. In doing so, you will always have an overview of all relevant business and performance metrics and manage them through detailed and structured project work. You will contribute to expanding our Partner Business through cross-functional projects and developing innovative solutions that future-proof our partner model and experience.
