The Indirect Procurement team is responsible for optimizing the procurement processes of indirect materials and services for our internal stakeholders.
As Indirect Procurement Manager (m/f/d), you will support the team in establishing and implementing new procurement strategies.
- Developing and implementing a procurement strategy for indirect materials and services
- Managing and organizing cooperation with suppliers
- Support in contract negotiations and general management of master data from suppliers and service providers
- Collaboration with external stakeholders and internal partners
- Independent development of reports
- Identification as well as analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation and implementation of specific cost optimization measures
- Driving projects forward
- Continuous optimization of digital procurement processes, as well as identification of market trends and developments in the field
Anforderungen
Successfully completed business studies with a focus on supply chain management, finance or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the field of procurement and in working with suppliers, as well as negotiating skills
- Experience in identifying potential cost savings and implementing appropriate measures
- Initial experience in project management
- Preferably fluent in both written and spoken German
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and the Coupa procurement platform
- Results-oriented, proactive and independent way of working as well as a sense of responsibility
- High motivation to work in a small, young team
