ABOUT YOU’s Supply Solutions & Analytics teams provides insights, tools and data solutions to all the teams within the Supply Side of the organization, with the goal of enabling faster and smarter business decisions and optimising all processes involving data. We’re a passionate, international & truly diverse team of assortment experts, analytics experts, data scientists and machine-learning engineers with different backgrounds from business or consulting to mathematics or computer science.
As our new (Junior) Business Analyst (m/w/d) you will join our analytics experts in supporting our business teams by building dashboards and reports, performing analysis and preparing data. Moreover, you will work closely with the different Supply teams (Buying, Planning, Inventory Management, etc.) to understand their day-to-day business and develop data-solutions to improve their processes. We translate business challenges into data analytics solutions.

- of their interdependencies
- Developing smart solutions to holistically improve their processes and decisions
- Providing tools and data to enable faster and better business decisions
- Enable stakeholders to access and consume relevant data for their day-to-day activities
Responsibilities
Challenge and improve our reports, dashboards and data visualization products
- Build and maintain custom dashboards based on Google BigQuery (e.g., in Google Data Studio, Tableau) to display different business KPIs catered to each business unit
- Develop a strong understanding of various Planning, Inventory & Buying metrics and KPIs
- Build and maintain reports to enable the day-to-day activities of business teams
- Enhance and drive the implementation of automated business processes
- Conduct analyses based on different data sources using SQL
Requirements
Strong academic record and degree from a top university in Economics, Business, Business
- Analytics or other disciplines with strong quantitative focus
- 1-2 years of professional experience or relevant internships in a comparable position,
- preferably in the e-commerce or fashion environment
- Good understanding of the e-commerce business model
- Strong analytical skills and distinctive understanding of numbers (you need to like data…)
- Previous experience with SQL or Python is a plus, or willingness and ability to learn it quickly
- Strong personality to work in a fast-moving scale-up environment
- Quick perception and structured working methods
- Well organized with good prioritization skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
