Our Partner Management Team is responsible for the ABOUT YOU fashion marketplace. This includes the acquisition, support, and optimal management of the assortments of external partners, as well as ensuring operational processes. As a Junior Operations Manager (m/f/d), you are part of the Partner Operations & Services department and responsible for our internal and external billing-related processes towards our partners.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for the creation of monthly invoices for our B2B partners.
- You are a problem solver who finds efficient and pragmatic solutions: you handle operational issues, identify technical dependencies, and assess their impact on the business.
- You work on the continuous optimization of processes at internal and external interfaces, in collaboration with partners, service providers, shop management, and internal IT.
- You are both an internal and external point of contact regarding invoicing-related topics.
- Managing the campaign participation of our B2B partners falls under your responsibilities.
- You maintain internal reports to ensure operational processes.
Requirements
You have initial professional experience in account management, controlling, or auditing, preferably in an e-commerce, fashion, or consulting environment.
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics or business administration.
- You enjoy working with numbers and KPIs and have already demonstrated strong implementation skills.
- You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and take responsibility for your actions.
- You possess strong analytical skills and an understanding of relevant KPIs and their interpretation.
- You are highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- You have good to very good English skills.
- It is advantageous if you have initial experience in the context of online marketplaces or fashion e-commerce.
- Initial experience with SAP is desirable for us.
