Responsibilities
Active Sourcing for various positions within our Tech Unit
- Driving and expanding direct candidate outreach across platforms like Xing, LinkedIn, and others
- Building a talent pipeline and actively maintaining and developing our talent pools
- Developing sourcing strategies for diverse target groups
- Data analysis and preparation of Active Sourcing KPIs
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a similar field of study, or a completed business-related vocational training
- First relevant professional experience in Active Sourcing and proficiency with various sourcing tools
- First experience in structuring and leading interviews
- Strong interpersonal skills and a sharp sense for interacting effectively with individuals across all organizational levels
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as assertiveness and a sociable nature
- Enthusiasm for new, innovative recruiting approaches and channels, including their implementation and further development
