We as the Activation Marketing team conceptualize and produce seasonal sales and country launch campaigns in over 22 countries with the intention of gaining clients and increasing sales. For these campaigns we develop analytical concepts and additionally, follow the entire production process and outcome of each campaign. Our Activation Marketing team is part of the Brand & Advertising department which functions as an in-house creative agency and provides coherent and innovative communication at ABOUT YOU.
As Lead Marketing Manager Activation (m/f/d) you are responsible for the management and development of our entire Activation Marketing team and lead the holistic organization and implementation of various ATL marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Management of a highly motivated team
- Stakeholder management to internal departments (e.g. graphic design, store management, etc.) as well as management of external service providers
- Sparring partner in various company-wide projects
- Conception, implementation and reporting of international online and offline campaigns
- Responsibility for scheduling, coordination processes and invoice control
- Implementation and monitoring of campaigns
- Coordination of the evaluation of advertising campaigns as well as cost analyses of advertising campaigns for efficiency
Requirements
Completed studies in the field of economics or comparable studies at a top university, preferably with a focus on marketing
- At least 5 years of practical experience in the field of marketing, as well as experience in leading and managing a team
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness in dealing with internal as well as external stakeholders
- Confident in the use of MS Office and GSuite
- Excellent analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
- Strong project management skills
- Quick comprehension and structured way of working
- Creativity and sensitivity for text tonality and visual language
- Very good Communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken
