As Head of Marketing Americas (m/f/d), you’ll spearhead our B2B marketing across channels to expand into new markets, boost brand recognition, and shape SCAYLE’s presence in the region. Your role is pivotal in executing our go-to-market strategy and fostering team unity.
Responsibilities
Develop and align regional marketing strategy with global objectives
- Oversee coordination of campaigns across all channels
- Build and lead local marketing team in collaboration with existing European teams
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns tailored to regional dynamics
- Utilize ABM strategies and digital platforms effectively
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through events
- Represent SCAYLE at industry events, fostering partnerships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, general business, or a related discipline
- At least 4-6 years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, and ABM; Enterprise SaaS experience is a big plus
- Hands-on approach with proven project management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
