It`s ABOUT YOU! To strengthen our team in the ABOUT YOU Legal Department, we are looking for a Paralegal / Business Lawyer for E-Commerce / Tech Administration (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
Administration, support, maintenance and expansion of the ABOUT YOU Group's digital file management system
- Administration and maintenance of our national and international trademark portfolio, including the registration of trademarks and the handling of opposition proceedings
- Advising our business units on trademark and design law issues in day-to-day business
- General administration and organization (e.g. organizing signatures of the management and supervisory board, database maintenance)
- Deadline management and deadline control for the Legal & Compliance Department
- Contract management (e.g. terminating contracts on time)
- Competent support for the Legal & Compliance team
- Close cooperation with other departments (e.g. coordination with the finance department) or external law firms
- Supporting our department through research and preparation as well as collaboration on ongoing projects and transactions
Requirements
At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with an e-commerce, trademark and/or technology background, e.g. in an international law firm and/or company
- Above-average successfully completed studies as a business lawyer or comparable qualification (e.g. as a trademark clerk, legal and notary clerk, additional qualifications are welcome).
- Business fluent knowledge of German and English
- Solid basic knowledge of technology/ affinity for technology; willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
- Quick and structured thinking, flexibility, high motivation and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment with many changes, ability to work in a team and under pressure
