With SCAYLE, we offer our in-house developed eCommerce infrastructure as a licensed product for online retailers who want to grow quickly and innovatively. SCAYLE was launched as the first API solution for online retailers who want to scale their stores with ABOUT YOU’s proven infrastructure.
What you will do
- Support the project managers in day-to-day operations
- Take over project controlling, resource management, documentation, and reporting of project progress
- Support, further development, and optimization of cross-project processes, e.g. time recording, billing, and release process
- Monitor ongoing project activities in the various project phases
- Be the central point of contact for project managers and communication interface between project stakeholders
- Manage and further develop the tools used in our projects (including Atlassian JIRA & Confluence)
Who you are
- At least 2 years of professional experience as PMO or project assistant
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the administration of Atlassian products, especially with JIRA
- Ability to communicate open-mindedly and convince colleagues
- Very good organizational skills and experience in working on several projects at the same time
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
