By now, the SCAYLE Commerce Engine powers 100 online shops in 26 European countries. 

As Senior Enterprise Sales Manager CEE – SCAYLE (m/f/d) the acquisition of new customers will be your daily business. You will be a direct contributor to our growth process. Therefore, you will report directly to our Director Growth.


  • Responsibility for the entire end-to-end sales process of our leading Commerce Engine (SaaS)

  • Participation as well as preparation and follow-up of pitches
  • Continuous exchange with potential new customers
  • Overall responsibility of the sales territory CEE with a focus on key accounts
  • Representation of our Commerce Engine at various conferences, trade fairs and other channels
  • Close cooperation with project teams and internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparation of competition and market analyses


  • Ideally 5 years of professional experience in a similar function in the SaaS environment

  • A good understanding of eCommerce processes (an existing eCommerce is an advantage here)
  • Cloud and eCommerce experience as well as deep customer acquisition skills
  • Relevant experience with end-to-end sales processes
  • A confident demeanor as well as a high level of negotiation skills
  • Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Mother tongue level knowledge of the Czech language, both written and spoken
  • Fluent in English and additionally in Romanian, Slovakian or Hungarian
