As a Senior Project Manager Events (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for the execution, coordination, planning, and cost control of our large-scale events. You will play a key role in leading our Hero Event, the ABOUT YOU Fashion Week.
Responsibilities
Overall Responsibility for Large-Scale Events: Planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events, including budget and cost control.
- Project Management: Leading the entire project cycle from conception to final reporting.
- Stakeholder Management: Close contact and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and service providers.
- Team Leadership: Leading and developing your project team, ensuring efficient workflow and high motivation.
- Innovation and Creativity: Developing innovative event concepts in collaboration with the brand team to create unique customer experiences.
- Quality Control: Ensuring the highest quality standards and excellent service levels at all events.
- Risk and Resource Management: Proactive management of risks and resources to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Communication, Event Management, or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in planning and executing large-scale events, preferably in an event agency.
- Excellent organizational skills, stress resistance, and team spirit.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured and proactive working style.
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with event management software and modern communication tools.
- Enthusiasm for new ideas and trends that can be integrated into event planning.
