We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Lead Product Manager (m/f/d) to become part of our Team!

Our App & Web Team constantly improves the App, Mobile Website, and Desktop Website. These big-scale products are each visited by several million people every month. The team’s focus is to provide the most inspiring, convenient, intuitive, and easy-to-use shopping experience for our customers. They constantly challenge themselves to raise the bar of what is “state of the art” in customer-facing products.

In this role, you will be working on optimizing our customer experience in our apps and website. Together with a cross-functional team consisting of developers and UX/UI, you will own new feature launches from start to finish.

What you will do

• Take responsibility for our team’s output as well as E2E feature conception & planning
• Steer an experienced development team within AY’s agile working culture, organize and moderate agile meetings (e.g. standup, planning, retrospective, feature demonstrations, etc.)
• Work data-driven, based on reports and analyses for deriving actions that are truly oriented towards our customers’ needs
• Plan & manage our tech-related costs efficiently
• Responsible for the management of and communication with all relevant stakeholders
• Understand stakeholder demands, needs and issues – translate them into actionable & feasible product requirements and build a scalable tech solution
• Triaging operative issues, identifying technical dependencies and evaluating business impact
• Lead cross-team projects and collaborate closely with other Tech Teams to execute E2E solutions

Who you are

• Highly experienced in product management for tech products, ideally in the e-commerce industry
• Proven expertise in agile methodologies and collaboration with developers, data scientists, and QA managers
• Strong understanding of technology, business processes, and functional dependencies
• Skilled in IT project management and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable in international work environments with sufficient English proficiency
• Deep understanding of technology, business processes, and functional dependencies
