Program

As a trainee (m/f/d) in the area of Supply, you will gain in-depth insights into various departments and processes in our company. These include Fashion Buying, Supply Operations, Partner Business & Services, Planning, Inventory Management and Pricing/Campaigns. We can define your preferred areas of work together.

During the 2-year trainee program, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge in the dynamic and international scale-up environment of ABOUT YOU. You will build up a comprehensive network within the ABOUT YOU world, as your role will not only include the supply area, but you will also work closely with other teams such as marketing, logistics or tech. You will deepen and refine your project management skills and build a solid foundation for your career.

Responsibilities

Gain in-depth expertise

You will dive into 3-4 different departments of the Supply Side and gain insights into the processes and topics. Understand, identify and monitor the most important supply KPIs. Gain an overview of price control, inventory planning and the management of large partner accounts. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis independently.

Build your management skills

Take ownership of projects and tasks right from the start, learn how to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and make a real impact during project implementation.

Deepen your project management skills

Accompany, lead and coordinate various strategic and operational projects in the areas and further develop our campaign setup, improve the product range on our international markets (e.g. with regard to the internationalization of partner product ranges in Eastern or Southern Europe), support the transition of our marketplace or optimize the direct data exchange between key partners and ABOUT YOU.

Build up a network

You will work closely with various stakeholders, network across teams and grow within your peer group of trainees.

Requirements

• Graduate (m/f/d) in Business Administration, International Business, Management, Logistics or comparable degree programs with above-average results
• Practical experience in the tech, retail and/or eCommerce environment is desirable
• Very good handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and large amounts of data
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Very good analytical skills with a hands-on mentality and creative way of thinking
• High motivation to drive topics forward
• Quick comprehension and structured way of working
