ABOUT the program

As a Trainee (m/f/d) Project Management Partner Program, you will gain deep insights into the processes and projects in various departments of our Procurement division. You will gain valuable experience and knowledge in the fast-paced and international scale-up environment of About You.

During the 2-year trainee program you will get a holistic insight into the areas of Supply Chain Management, Account Management and Inventory Management and Merchant Integration at About You. You will build a large network in the About You world as you will also collaborate with many other teams like Buying , Logistics or IT. You will deepen and refine your project management skills, building a solid foundation for your career.

ABOUT Responsibilities

Gain deep expertise:
You will accompany, lead and coordinate various strategic and operational projects in 3-4 of our departments (e.g. further development of Fulfillment by About You, automated inventory optimization between warehouse locations, analysis of supply chain management processes to find new strategies).

Develop your management skills:
Learn how to manage cross-functional projects, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and create real impact during project implementation.

Deepen your project management skills:
Improve the assortment offering in our international markets (e.g. with regard to the internationalization of partner assortments in Eastern or Southern Europe ) or optimize the direct data exchange between key partners and About You.

Know the supply chain and partner program KPIs:
Understand, identify and monitor key KPIs in different departments. Gain visibility into supply management, inventory planning, and large partner account management. Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses independently

Build up a network:
You will work closely with different stakeholders, network across teams and grow within your peer group of trainees.
