Our Performance Marketing team manages all paid and directly measurable marketing campaigns, making it one of the driving forces behind our current growth. The team works in a highly KPI-driven, analytical manner and is always one step ahead of market trends. In close collaboration with the Design, Content, Brand, and Marketing Technology & Intelligence teams, the future Performance Marketing strategies are developed and implemented here.
To support our Performance Marketing team, we are currently looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) for 20 hours per week. In this role, you will independently create reports and analyses and will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for and actively contribute to smaller campaigns.
Responsibilities
Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs
- Creation of reports
- Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of campaigns based on common KPIs, as well as deriving recommendations for action
- Support in the planning, implementation, and execution of new performance campaigns
Requirements
Ongoing studies in economics or a comparable field
- Excellent analytical skills and enjoyment of working with numbers
- Quick comprehension and structured work approach
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ideally, already gained initial practical experience in performance marketing
- Communication and organizational skills, teamwork, as well as proactivity
