Our dedicated team is committed to delivering innovative and high-quality designs that align with market trends and consumer preferences. An essential component of our business is supply chain management, which plays a critical role in ensuring the timely launch of our collaborations.
We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) – Supply Chain Management to support our supply chain management team in keeping data up to date and ensuring smooth communication with various stakeholders. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities
Assist in tracking and following up on orders to ensure smooth processing
- Ensuring all imports are documented correctly
- Act as a key contact for suppliers and logistics partners, ensuring seamless coordination
- Work closely with Buying, Warehouse, Quality, Sustainability, Sourcing and Planning teams to optimize product availability
- Maintain and update records using our internal ERP system and Excel
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in supply chain management, business administration, economics, or related degree program
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of supply chain processes
- Proficient MS Excel skills (Pivot, Vlookup and etc.)
- You have a high level of motivation, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work
- Fluency in English
- Passion for fashion is a plus
