Our Pricing Team is responsible for analyzing and setting the sales and selling prices for the entire ABOUT YOU product range. They manage the product ranges based on KPIs and develop optimal pricing strategies. Continuously, they work on improving all pricing processes and tools, regularly prepare forecasts and analyses and thus contribute to achieving the company’s goals. The mission: to offer customers in the online store competitive and attractive prices based on first-class control logic.
As a (Senior) Pricing Analyst (m/f/d) you will analyze and control the sales prices for the entire product range in over 20 markets. You will also be responsible for the implementation of the ABOUT YOU strategy in terms of pricing aspects of go-to-market strategies and competitive analysis. You will play a central role in providing business insights to various stakeholders and further developing a machine learning algorithm for price optimization.
Responsibilities
Operational management of pricing based on internal KPIs, our competitive position and ABOUT YOU's strategy in more than 20 markets
- Close cooperation with the Pricing Engine team to further develop a machine learning algorithm for price optimization and coordination with other departments
- Analysis of assortment performance and derivation of concrete optimization measures
- Improvement and implementation of automated pricing processes
- Creating and continuously developing reports and dashboards to monitor relevant KPIs
- Identifying and developing innovative projects to strengthen our pricing strategies
- Carrying out A/B tests to evaluate the effects of different discount strategies on performance
Requirements
Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration or similar with a strong quantitative focus
- Profound experience in pricing, controlling or analytics, ideally in the fashion or e-commerce sector
- Strong analytical skills and excellent understanding of numbers
- Quick comprehension and structured way of working
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
- Initial experience with SQL is a plus
