Our various teams of up to 50 people across Marketing, Business, Fashion, and Tech are led by Directors who report directly to the Executive Management.
As a Team Assistant (m/f/d), you will support our Directors across different departments by taking care of a wide range of organizational, administrative, and day-to-day operational tasks, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Administrative and operational support of several senior leaders in their daily business
- Handling written and telephone inquiries
- Scheduling appointments, managing meeting rooms, and preparing meetings
- Organizing business travel and processing travel expense reports
- Coordinating and maintaining customer data
- Creating and updating presentations and other documents
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- Initial relevant work experience in an administrative role
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills, a hands-on mentality, and flexibility
- High level of resilience, independence, and a reliable, structured way of working
