As an Projects Manager (m/f/d) – Compensation & Equity Programs, you will develop strategies and measures that ensure fair compensation, diverse career opportunities, and an inclusive work environment. You will be the central point of contact for the implementation and further development of our equity programs, actively contributing to the increase in employee satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Interact with employees on operational transactions related to their share plan program
- Execute the timely processing of operational transactions under the existing share based programs, including data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting and problem solving
- Assist in identifying new tools and enhancements to existing systems
- Effectively develop and improve existing equity-based compensation programs, including Long-Term Incentives programs (LTI), virtual stock options, and other employee equity plans
- Utilize our equity plan management platform for administering and analyzing industry standard equity compensation plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Work closely with the finance department, the strategy and the payroll
Requirements
Experience with equity plan design & administration platforms is highly desirable
- Your analytical prowess is matched by proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ideally, experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- You thrive in flexible environments and demonstrate proficiency in establishing and executing structured approaches
- Known for your attention to detail, handling complex data and processes and managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive equity-related information
