Responsibilities

• Sparring partner for the finance department with regard to valuation and accounting issues (IFRS and HGB)
• Responsible for the audit
• Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and assumption of project and special tasks
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB
• Expansion and optimization of financial reporting

Requirements

• Profound knowledge of IFRS and HGB
• Several years of professional experience in group accounting or financial reporting, preferably in a capital market-oriented company or in an auditing or accounting advisory firm
• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling or finance
• Very confident with MS Office products
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and cooperation skills
• Strong analytical mindset
• High motivation as well as a structured, careful and independent way of working
• Professional experience in the e-commerce, fashion or management consulting environment is a plus
