Our Co-Creations & Talent Relations Team connects brands with relevant personalities and creates authentic, inspiring campaigns across all digital channels. By working closely with talents, their management, and partner brands, we bring brand messages to life on social media in a way that resonates with target audiences and strengthens the visibility and impact of our collaborations.
As a Junior Talent Relations Manager (m/f/d), you will coordinate and execute end-to-end talent campaigns for our partner brands. From identifying the right talents to negotiation, alignment, implementation, and performance review — you will take ownership across all project phases. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, and actively contribute your creativity to campaign concept development.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute talent collaborations for our partner brands
- Independently scout, reach out to, and negotiate with talents and their management teams
- Manage communication and alignment with talents and agencies
- Actively monitor social media trends, news, and emerging creators
- Oversee end-to-end project management, including performance tracking and deriving actionable insights
- Develop and execute creative campaign concepts for partner brands
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
Degree in Fashion, PR, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in marketing, communications, or talent/influencer management
- Strong enthusiasm for social media and a good instinct for trends and emerging talent
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Creative yet structured working style and confident project management – even across multiple campaigns
- Team-oriented mindset, proactiveness, and a hands-on approach
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Experience planning and coordinating photo or video productions is a plus
