Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative video concepts and storytelling ideas for organic content, brand campaigns, product placements, and influencer partnerships
- Create content plans for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts in alignment with broader social media strategies
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. Social Media Managers, Creative) and external partners (e.g. creators, production teams) to ensure content is bold, brand-aligned, and trend-savvy
- Guide and support Social Media Hosts and Ambassadors to create high-performing content that entertains and converts
- Conceptualize and manage social-first video productions — from scripting and shot lists to on-set production and post-editing
- Create native, lo-fi content for TikTok, Reels, and Stories — and occasionally step in front of the camera to bring ideas to life yourself
- Stay on top of internet culture, emerging formats, creator trends, and platform updates — and bring those insights directly into our content
- Edit content using tools like CapCut or Canva; bonus if you can bring motion or effects that level up performance
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in social media content creation, ideally focused on short-form video
- A great sense for humor, internet culture, and what makes content shareable
- Strong understanding of platform-native content and audience dynamics on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Confident enough to occasionally film yourself and appear in front of the camera when it makes creative sense
- Able to develop structured yet flexible content plans and adapt them to fast-moving trends
- Comfortable creating both lo-fi native content and supporting more produced shoots
- Experience working with creators or managing social media talent is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to take ownership of creative projects
- A deep passion for social media — not just as a consumer, but as a creator
