We, the logistics team, take care of the management and expansion of the ABOUT YOU logistics network. We are responsible for and coordinate the cooperation with national and international logistics partners. We always keep an eye on our relevant key figures and constantly develop our logistics processes to provide our customers with the best possible service (the best possible shopping experience). Together, we manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and transportation service providers, around the world. We use KPIs and reporting systems to coordinate and monitor the daily flow of goods and to continuously develop and adapt our existing logistics network and infrastructure. We take care of all logistics services for our warehouse network, all transport services and, of course, the packaging materials used. We do not focus on individual areas, but pursue a universal approach: we face the operational challenge and develop strategic recommendations for action. As (Senior) Project Manager Logistics (m/f/d) you will be responsible for operational and strategic logistics projects in close cooperation with our national and international logistics service providers.
Responsibilities
Support in and independent supervision of various tenders in the area of warehousing and carrier
- Further development & optimization of our logistics processes to guarantee the best possible customer service
- Challenging projects along the entire logistics value chain
- Close cooperation with national as well as international companies and cooperation partners in the fields of logistics and fashion
Requirements
Completed training and/or studies in the field of economics, ideally with a focus on logistics
- Several years of experience in project management and/or consulting is an advantage
- Profound interest and in-depth understanding of logistics & e-commerce processes and technologies
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Good written and spoken English skills
- High degree of initiative, assertiveness and goal orientation
- Analytical skills and a structured way of working
