As a Working Student (m/f/d) in People Operations , you will support the team in numerous administrative tasks and will also have the opportunity to help shape the concept of exciting projects.
Responsibilities
Supporting our People Operation team in day-to-day operations, in particular with the creation of employment references and employee vouchers
- Maintaining confidential employee data in Personio
- Responsible for smaller projects
Requirements
Enrolled student in the field of economics, social sciences, psychology or similar
- A careful, orderly and structured way of working
- A quick grasp and a high degree of reliability and attention to detail
- Ideally, knowledge of payroll tax and social security issues
- Experience in the use of a personnel management system desirable
