Our Supply Chain Management team ensures that incoming goods are received on time and that our products go live as quickly as possible.

As a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain cycle for one of our brands, from order placement to delivery at our warehouses, ensuring the best conditions and timely execution. You will work closely with our fashion buyers, international suppliers, logistics service providers, and the inbound team at our Hamburg headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the supply chain, maintaining close contact with international freight forwarders
• Track production orders from the point of order placement
• Preview and order labels
• Ensure correct data is provided for customs clearance
• Prepare weekly inbound reports
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize the delivery process
• Maintain close communication with fashion buyers and manufacturers
• Report to senior stakeholders
• Work with our in-house ERP system and MS Excel

Requirements

• University degree in economics, logistics, business, or a related field
• Relevant experience in supply chain management, preferably in a retail or industrial company
• Knowledge of international trade, freight, customs and customs clearance procedures, as well as wholesale and retail operations
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Fluency in both English and German
• Strong analytical skills and process-oriented mindset
• High level of motivation and responsibility, with a structured approach to work
