Our Buying and Partner Management Sustainability team helps implement ABOUT YOU’s sustainability strategy and works closely with our Buying and Partner Management teams who are responsible for working with fashion brands and partners who offer their ranges in our online fashion store.
The tasks of this operational role include direct exchange with our partners to obtain product data on our sustainability criteria at product level. You will ensure that all the necessary information is provided by the suppliers and enter the data into our system so that the items with the relevant properties can be highlighted in the store. In this role, you will deal a lot with data, link it as efficiently as possible, carry out analyses and data checks and develop suggestions for improving our operational processes. You will also work as smoothly as possible with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Detailed processing and evaluation of incoming sustainability information from our suppliers
- Independently clarifying and answering questions from suppliers
- Intensive contact with external partners in the fashion sector - nationally and internationally
- Working with self-developed data management systems and Excel
Requirements
Ongoing studies in the field of business administration, logistics, economics, sustainability or a similar subject area
- Initial practical experience in a commercial or industrial company, e.g. through internships, student traineeships or vocational training
- A careful, orderly and structured way of working
- A quick grasp and a high degree of reliability and attention to detail
- Very good MS Excel skills and an interest in expanding them
- Business fluent German and English for the exchange with our partners
