From the initial collaboration idea to product design, marketing the co-created brand, and reporting, we oversee all steps of the value chain. As a (Junior) Project Manager Exclusive Cooperations (m/f/d), you will strengthen the project management team of the LAYBELS Celebrity Collection Unit. You will act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders within the unit (internal/external), coordinate teams, manage artist relationships, and drive the performance of your brands through targeted KPI management. With your flair for fashion and trends, combined with your experience in project management, you will play a crucial role in the success of our celebrity collections.

Responsibilities
End-to-End Responsibility: Comprehensive project management and main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between teams, maintaining workflows, and meeting schedules and deadlines.
- Artist & Management Relations: Serve as the primary contact for artists and management throughout the project, aligning schedules, artist requirements, and product strategies.
- Launch Coordination: Manage the coordination of marketing and product launches, oversee on-site and off-site marketing, and ensure successful marketing activations with all involved teams.
- KPI Management: Monitor and analyze brand and collection performance by capturing, evaluating, and interpreting KPIs, deriving actionable steps, and preparing reports for stakeholders.
- Marketing Production Budget Responsibility: Maintain budget control and ensure adherence to marketing budgets.
- Marketing Activation & Brand Building: Supervise and initiate marketing strategies, identify strategic needs, and discover market potentials.
Requirements
A successfully completed degree or training in business administration, media studies, fashion management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of professional experience in project management within the fashion and/or agency environment, as well as in influencer/artist management.
- Proven project management experience, strong organizational skills, and a high level of responsibility.
- Initiative in expanding and developing branding measures and marketing activations.
- Experience with project management tools.
- A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented working style, as well as high flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
- Hands-on mentality and strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
- A strong affinity for fashion and current trends.
- A keen sense of and passion for relevant international and national celebrities, as well as the current zeitgeist in fashion and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite.
- Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written.
