Our creative team, based in Berlin, is responsible for the entire process from the development of our private label collections to the launch. The team, consisting of designers, apparel technicians and buyers, always keeps an eye on the latest trends and upcoming top sellers.
As (Junior) Buyer Exclusive Collections (Private Label) (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the development of collections with renowned national and international artists from various fields.
Responsibilities
Independent product development in cooperation with national and international artists as well as our design team
- Implementation and controlling of the procurement and production of the goods
- Conducting negotiations with international suppliers regarding terms and conditions as well as specifications, quality, timing and delivery
- Analysis of the performance of product lines and derivation of optimization potentials
Requirements
Completed business or textile management studies
- initial experience in purchasing private label brands
- Experience in the field of fast fashion/ young fashion brands/ commercial fashion brands
- Very good knowledge of qualities and quantities as well as a strong feel for the market in terms of trends, competitors, pricing policy, etc.
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness in dealing with suppliers as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Broad supplier network
- Very good language skills in English
