What you will do
Work in a rapidly evolving environment with daily challenges in transforming business goals into technical solutions
- Managing complex products that involve multiple applications in a multi-tenant e-commerce environment.
- Navigating stakeholder requirements and expectations from various business units for checkout and order processing systems.
- Employing strong communication and negotiation skills to align diverse teams and stakeholders towards common goals.
- Overseeing resource allocation and roadmap timelines in a setting with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Collaborate with a dedicated, self-sufficient team from a variety of nationalities in specifying and building end-to-end features
Who you are
University degree of business administration, business informatics, computer science or equivalent knowledge
- At least 4 years work experience in product management
- Have experience working, understanding & specifying processes within IT systems and are familiar with REST API, databases, etc.
- Experience in managing stakeholders from both technical and business backgrounds
- Project or product management background with an emphasis on IT or SaaS
- Understanding of impact analysis, identification of edge-cases and dependencies, clarification of priority and business value, and defining potential approaches to resolution
- Experience in triaging operative issues, identifying technical dependencies and evaluating business impact
- Analytical mindset, logical and structured approach of problem solving
- Proactive, solution-oriented, self-motivated and communication is one of your strengths

We have defined salary ranges for all levels for this function – feel free to reach out if you have questions.
- Medior: 58.000-68.000€
- Senior: 68.000-83.000€
**Working model:
Due to the upcoming tasks and responsibilities for this position, it is required to work onsite at our headquarters in Hamburg on a weekly basis. Therefore we’ve implemented a hybrid working model that allows us to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and to work onsite from Tuesday to Thursday.
