The Controlling team works in direct contact with the management and supports them with various reports on all financing and planning issues. In addition, deriving targets and communicating with investors are also part of the job.
As a Junior Operations Controlling Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for analyzing and preparing company figures and will also have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas for the operational management of the company based on key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
Support in the preparation of financial year planning and various business cases
- Analysis of operational business drivers and derivation of measures to optimize the company's success
- Optimization and further development of finance-oriented controlling (e.g. results analyses, rolling forecasts) and internal controlling tools (SAP, Excel interfaces, SQL)
- Active management of our holding company and sales units based on financial, operational and customer key figures
- Preparation of ad hoc analyses and collaboration on project and special tasks
- Further development and documentation of internal controlling processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus on Controlling, Finance or Accounting
- First professional experience in Controlling, preferably in the e-commerce, fashion or management consulting environment
- Excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge of SQL
- Strong analytical skills
- Enjoy working with numbers and KPIs
- High motivation as well as a structured and independent way of working
