Brand Relations Manager (m/f/d)

As a Brand Relations Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for external brands from initial contact to the implementation and performance monitoring of marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for the rapidly growing area of ABOUT YOU package inserts as well as our on-site marketing campaigns with our fashion brands. From acquiring new partners, through maintaining and developing existing partnerships, to evaluating past campaigns, you can expect a varied range of responsibilities with a lot of autonomy and room for new ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive support and expansion of relationships with existing and new customers

  • Communication, presentation, and active sales of marketing and package insert campaigns
  • Independent planning, preparation, and implementation support of marketing campaigns for external brands on aboutyou.de as well as in all other countries where ABOUT YOU is active
  • Planning, coordination, and implementation of campaigns in collaboration with internal departments (e.g., graphic design, logistics, warehouse, etc.)
  • Organizational tasks such as budget and schedule planning, coordination processes, invoice control
  • Performance analysis and derivation of recommendations/optimization potentials
  • Quotation and invoicing as well as project-related support in the CRM tool Salesforce

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in business, media, communication, or a comparable education

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in account management, customer relationship management, B2B sales, or project management, ideally in an e-commerce environment
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working with cooperation partners
  • Very good understanding of numbers and analyses
  • Confident appearance and negotiation skills
  • Creativity and an independent as well as solution-oriented way of working
  • High motivation and hands-on mentality
  • Good English skills and proficient use of MS Office
