As a Strategic Partnerships Lead (m/f/d) Americas, your role will involve assisting our company in nurturing our partner relationships and driving the strategic growth of our partner network.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for achieving commercial targets for partners in North America
- Developing sustainable strategies to expand and build our partner relationships and drive international alignment
- Planning and implementation of partner activities and events
- Acquisition of new solution and technology partners based on our Partner GTM Strategy
- Building a knowledge base about the requirements and needs of our clientele
- Market, competition and trend monitoring
- Close cooperation with sales and marketing
- Clear reporting of Partner activity in our CRM and related systems
Requirements
Degree in business administration or comparable training
- A minimum of 4 years professional experience in a partner management or similar role for a SaaS company or implementation agency
- Deep knowledge of and relationships with the North American system integrator / agency landscape for enterprise Commerce implementations
- Entrepreneurial, independent thinking and acting, strong communication skills, negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of relevant KPIs and their interpretation
- Confident handling of tools, especially Excel/ Sheets & Powerpoint/ Slides
- Self-confident appearance and communication & presentation experience at management/ C-level
- Native or fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
