Our Supply Chain Management team in Berlin ensures that goods are received quickly and that our products go online as quickly as possible.
As Teamlead Supply Chain Management (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the entire supply chain cycle of our brands from order to delivery to our warehouses in Europe and ensure that our own fashion brands are delivered to our warehouse in Germany at the best conditions and in a timely manner. You will be in close contact with our fashion buyers, international suppliers, the inbound team in Hamburg (HQ) and logistics service providers.
Responsibilities
Actively shaping our SCM processes
- Leading a Team of 8 Supply Chain Managers and working students
- Working with a self-developed ERP system, Google Sheets and Excel
- Intensive contact with external partners
- Weekly inbound reports, stock update, forecast management and KPI tracking
- Freight costs analysis, monitoring and forwarder tenders
Requirements
Completed studies in the field of economics or similar
- Specialist knowledge in the area of goods flows in e-commerce
- Understanding of processes and the associated understanding of KPIs
- Pragmatic problem solving
- Very good MS Excel skills
- High motivation and fast, accurate and reliable work
- Team management experience
- Good knowledge of English
