Working closely with our Business Development team as well as all operational teams, the International Markets team is involved in the entire development process.
As an Intern (m/f/d) – Customer Experience you will be responsible for your own projects and support our team in its daily mission to have an essential impact on our future development and pull the strings for our market growth.
Responsibilities
Support in the supervision of various customer experience topics with the goal of improving the customer experience (NPS, customer surveys, customer experience monitoring, etc.)
- Structured set-up as well as execution of customer surveys
- Collaboration on quantitative and qualitative analyses to uncover potential for improvement
- Independent research work on various inquiries with subsequent derivation of recommendations for action
- Takeover of operational processes
Requirements
Studies in economics or a comparable course of studies
- A structured and accurate way of working
- Good analytical skills and commercial understanding
- Confident handling of MS Office programs (especially Excel)
- Very good English language skills
- German at native speaker level
