Working closely with our Business Development team as well as all operational teams, the International Markets team is involved in the entire development process – from identifying new markets to the scaling of existing markets. If you know one of our target markets by heart and already have some business knowledge achieved through first-hand experience in an e-commerce business or fashion, you are the perfect fit for the team.
As a Teamlead Southern Europe (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for a team of 8-10 FTEs and become responsible for some of our key markets, making sure we increase our local market position. You’ll optimize our development processes and ensure growth on all levels. We’re always searching for innovative, strategic, and operational ideas for our local web shops and if you have profound business knowledge achieved through first hand experience in an E-Commerce business, you are the perfect fit to lead the team.
Responsibilities
Leading a team of highly motivated country managers
- Responsible for the operational oversight of our markets
- Optimize operational processes and ensure acceleration of growth along all dimensions
- Leading various company projects to increase our local market position
- Initiate and implement new strategic and operational initiatives for our local web shops
Requirements
Very good master degree in business or comparable
- Several years' experience in an e-commerce company and/or consulting
- Profound knowledge in business development topics
- Expert in MS Office
- Fluency in English (oral & written), basic German skills
- Strong interest in numbers and analytical way of working
- Strong communicational and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong sense of responsibility
