We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Senior Manager (m/f/d) Tech & Growth to become part of our Commerce Product & Tech division at ABOUT YOU!
Our Commerce Product & Tech division is responsible for all tech teams running the system landscape for our ABOUT YOU shops in all the countries we operate in. This comprises frontend application teams building the ABOUT YOU webshop and app itself as well as backend application teams integrating external services or providing user interfaces for internal operations.
What you will do
Be the right hand of the Commerce Product & Tech VPs and support strategic initiatives and operational tasks across the entire business division
- Facilitate decision-making processes for the VPs by aggregating information from subject matter experts and preparing business plans, management summaries, and decision papers/slides
- Analyze, optimize and rollout operational processes. Be the agent of change and compliance
- Facilitate project initiation and delivery. Drive and report progress
- Make meetings more efficient by preparing them, taking notes, and following-up on action items
- Act as a role model across the Product & Tech division by supporting teams on the above methodologies
Who you are
A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, incl. cross-team diplomacy and sensitivity
- Proficiency in building slide decks and material, tailored to a senior management audience (MS Office, Google Suite skills are a must)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Strong analytical mindset that can break down complex information into components and build understanding for how they are connected
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Tech affinity and/ or eCommerce experience is desirable
Additional Information
**Working model:
Due to the upcoming tasks and responsibilities for this position, it is required to work onsite at our headquarters in Hamburg on a weekly basis. Therefore we’ve implemented a hybrid working model that allows us to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and to work onsite from Tuesday to Thursday.
