ABOUT OUR SHOP
The ABOUT YOU outlet is an online shopping club with its own app and website. It is currently live in eight countries and works with a deal structure: every day new deals are unlocked that are only valid for a few days. During this time, customers can shop from the discounted range. Since the ABOUT YOU outlet is a closed online shopping club, users must first register before they can see the products and discounts of a deal.
ABOUT OUR TEAM
The ABOUT YOU Outlet Unit consists of three core functions (Tech & Product, Marketing & CRM, Business & Supply) and reports directly to the CEOs. We are a young and international team working together in a modern office in the heart of downtown Hamburg.
As CRM Manager (m/f/d) you will work intensively with our CRM software braze to create added value for our users and the outlet business with data-driven and automated campaigns. For this purpose, you have various channels such as email, push messages, content cards and Whatsapp at your disposal.
Verantwortungen
Conception of CRM measures for different countries and channels in order to sustainably increase the customer lifetime value
- Implementation in the form of automated and scalable campaigns
- Formulation of requirements for our developers when integrating new data sources and use cases
- Success measurement and optimization of your CRM measures, e.g. through A/B tests and structured reporting
Anforderungen
Analytical mindset, high degree of independence and enthusiasm for automation & technical solutions
- At least one to two years of professional experience in the field of CRM, product management or e-commerce
- HTML or css knowledge is an advantage but not a must
